Job summary

CAZ Investments is seeking a Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives, capital formation materials, and client engagement strategies. You will translate business goals into compelling collateral, collaborate with Capital Formation, Investment Management, and Compliance, and maintain brand consistency across channels.

You will also help launch campaigns and events, manage the marketing asset library, and coordinate with external vendors to produce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or finance with 3–6 years of financial services marketing experience.
• Proven ability to create and manage marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
• Experience using Salesforce, Marketing Cloud or other CRM tools preferred.
• Strong design skills and creativity; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into effective marketing materials and campaigns.
• Scale marketing operations by identifying new processes to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with Capital Formation, Investment Management and Compliance to produce collateral for funds and opportunities across distribution channels.
• Maintain the marketing asset library and coordinate with Compliance for review and archiving.
• Support fund launches, campaigns, and events with deadlines and vendor coordination.
