We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to support our team. This role will assist with timely, accurate project planning and marketing support for educational injection workshops, sponsorships, national and regional events, and field sales needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, marketing, and operational excellence, with the ability to develop, execute, and manage marketing strategies, promotional assets, and compliance-related approval workflows that effectively promote our offerings and those of our vendor partners. Preference is given to candidates with experience in marketing, project management, asset management, or promotional review processes. This role will assist in the creation, implementation, review, approval tracking, fulfillment, and analysis of marketing campaigns and materials aimed at increasing awareness, engagement, and participation in educational programs.

The Marketing Associate will be an integral part of the Sales Support & Operations teams, supporting efforts to ensure that the entire Field Sales team has the support, content, processes, practices, and tools needed to optimize effectiveness and efficiency throughout the injection workshop, sponsorship, promotional materials, and field support process. This role will also be instrumental in supporting projects, processes, and activities within the larger Operations team, including copy approval renewal and revision management, promotional material lifecycle support, and Print Studio order coordination. This position reports to the Director of Inside Sales, and will be responsible for project management needs as related to organizing education events, marketing support, copy approval documentation, production and fulfillment timelines, continuous learning programs, sales communications, and the management of sales tools, including enablement platforms.

The best candidate for this role can take visions and concepts and lead or assist in the development of structured plans, actions, marketing materials, and approval workflows, then efficiently support efforts to implement those plans. The Marketing Associate will have a strong sense for detail and possess the ability to work within and across complementary teams, proactively monitor asset status, and follow up with stakeholders to keep approvals, production, and project deadlines moving forward.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Associate:
  • Collaborate with the educational programs team to develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with program objectives and target audiences.
  • Assist in the creation, revision, and maintenance of marketing materials, including but not limited to social media posts, email campaigns, website content, and printed materials for both internal and external clients.
  • Manage the Copy Approval renewal and revision process within the AMP system, ensuring marketing materials remain compliant, current, and available for field use.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to track assets through submission, review, evaluation, and approval stages while maintaining copy approval documentation and timelines.
  • Coordinate with regulatory and marketing teams to support the lifecycle management of approved promotional materials, ensuring adherence to internal compliance standards and approval requirements.
  • Monitor asset status and proactively follow up with stakeholders to resolve approval needs and support project deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage Print Studio orders for national and regional events, injection workshops, and field sales teams, overseeing production timelines, shipment tracking, and fulfillment.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, injection workshops, and other promotional activities related to educational programs.
  • Manage social media accounts and online communities related to educational programs, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, and provide regular reports and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for marketing and program growth.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including submitting contracts, travel requests, budget tracking, scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing databases, and supporting inbound requests.
  • Build out sales training curriculum and programs, as well as organize and project manage sales training sessions onsite and virtually.
  • Support operational tasks related to onboarding and continuous development of the Sales team.
  • Work with Sales Operations leadership, executives, and other departments to streamline business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the launch and development of critical projects.
  • Create reports and establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions and marketing initiatives.
  • Additional related projects to be assigned as needed.
