Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Marketing Associate in Saint Louis, MO to support and coordinate marketing initiatives for Summit, working with senior management, leasing, and capital markets teams. You will develop marketing materials, ensure brand consistency, manage digital content, coordinate events and advertising, and support investor relations efforts.

You will create investor materials, maintain branding across all materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive property marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business or related field preferred
• Experience in marketing, communications, content development, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and other marketing/design software
• Strong written communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Commercial real estate, investment, or financial services experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create and update presentations, brochures, marketing collateral, investor materials, and other communications

• Manage website content and coordinate with third-party providers
• Develop content for LinkedIn, Instagram, email campaigns, and other digital channels

Summary: The Marketing Associate will support and coordinate marketing initiatives for Summit, working closely with senior management, leasing, and capital markets teams. This role will be responsible for developing marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency, managing digital content, coordinating events and advertising, and supporting property marketing and investor relations efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update presentations, brochures, marketing collateral, investor materials, and other company communications
• Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across marketing materials
• Manage website content and coordinate with third-party website providers
• Develop and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, email campaigns, and other digital channels
• Coordinate advertising initiatives, industry publications, sponsorships, and promotional materials
• Draft press releases and assist with media and public relations efforts
• Plan and coordinate company, industry, and property-related events
• Support property marketing efforts in partnership with local brokerage teams
• Manage marketing activities for Mission Realty Advisors (MRA), including presentations, social media, and company news
• Provide marketing and research support for investor relations, capital raising, and investor reporting

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

• Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
