Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Marketing Associate in Saint Louis, MO to support and coordinate marketing initiatives for Summit, working with senior management, leasing, and capital markets teams. You will develop marketing materials, ensure brand consistency, manage digital content, coordinate events and advertising, and support investor relations efforts.

You will create investor materials, maintain branding across all materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive property marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business or related field preferred
• Experience in marketing, communications, content development, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and other marketing/design software
• Strong written communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Commercial real estate, investment, or financial services experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create and update presentations, brochures, marketing collateral, investor materials, and other communications
• Maintain branding consistency across marketing materials
• Manage website content and coordinate with third-party providers
• Develop content for LinkedIn, Instagram, email campaigns, and other digital channels
• Coordinate advertising, industry publications, sponsorships, and promotional materials
• Draft press releases and assist with media relations
• Plan and coordinate company, industry, and property events
• Support property marketing with local brokerage teams
• Manage marketing for Mission Realty Advisors (MRA) including social media and news
• Support investor relations, capital raising, and investor reporting
