Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, advertising platforms, and campaign management.

Job description

You will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives designed to strengthen brand awareness, increase guest traffic, build customer loyalty, promote events, drive fuel transactions, and support overall revenue growth across the company's restaurant, entertainment, and convenience retail operations.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on position responsible for overseeing digital marketing, social media, advertising, promotions, public relations, partnerships, and customer engagement. You will work closely with company leadership and operations teams to create effective campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and deliver measurable business results.

The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic marketing professional who is comfortable balancing big-picture planning with day-to-day execution. They should be able to analyze data, identify opportunities, develop innovative campaigns, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strategic Marketing & Brand Development
  • Develop and implement annual marketing strategies that support company goals and business growth.
  • Maintain consistent brand standards across all locations, business units, and marketing channels.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns designed to increase guest visits, event participation, customer engagement, and retention.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure resources are used effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Work with leadership to identify and support new growth initiatives and revenue opportunities.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
  • Develop and manage the company's social media strategy, including content planning, creation, posting, and community engagement.
  • Oversee website content, search engine optimization (SEO), and online reputation management.
  • Plan and coordinate email marketing campaigns and initiatives to grow and maintain customer databases.
  • Manage and monitor digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other paid media channels.
  • Track engagement, conversions, and campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee in-store and location-based marketing materials, including digital signage, pump toppers, window clings, point-of-sale displays, and merchandising support.
Events & Promotions
  • Develop promotional calendars and seasonal marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Director of Operations and COO.
  • Partner with operations teams to promote special events, entertainment, and community activities.
  • Create marketing strategies to support private events, group sales, and corporate bookings.
  • Assist with the planning and promotion of grand openings, anniversaries, special celebrations, and other major company initiatives.
  • Develop creative promotions that encourage customer engagement and increase traffic across all business locations.
Public Relations & Community Engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, community organizations, and business partners.
  • Identify sponsorship, partnership, and community involvement opportunities that align with company objectives.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts, media outreach, and press opportunities.
  • Represent the company at networking events, community functions, and other appropriate promotional opportunities.
  • Help strengthen the company's presence and reputation within the communities it serves.
Customer Loyalty & Retention
  • Manage and continue to improve customer loyalty programs across all company brands and business units.
  • Develop strategies to increase membership enrollment, customer engagement, visit frequency, and retention.
  • Analyze loyalty program performance, purchasing behavior, and redemption trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create targeted promotions, rewards campaigns, and personalized marketing initiatives that encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with operations and technology partners to ensure loyalty programs are effectively executed and provide a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain customer database accuracy and use customer insights to support marketing strategies and revenue growth.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, measure, and report key marketing performance indicators.
  • Evaluate campaign results and provide recommendations to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Use guest feedback, sales information, loyalty data, and market research to guide marketing decisions.
  • Prepare regular marketing reports and presentations for company leadership.
  • Identify trends and opportunities that can improve marketing performance and support business growth.
  • Serve as the primary marketing resource and subject matter expert for the organization.
  • Manage relationships with photographers, graphic designers, media partners, agencies, and other outside vendors as needed.
  • Work closely with operations teams and company leadership to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members and partners involved in marketing initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Must be willing to travel out of state periodically and occasionally work weekends or outside normal business hours as needed.

  • Experience in hospitality, restaurants, entertainment, events, convenience retail, or related industries.
  • Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with graphic design, photography, videography, or content creation.
