Influencer and Social Media Manager (Remote / WFH)

We are looking for a marketing star to join our dream team.

Moment is one of the fastest growing consumer wellness brands in the world. We specialize in creating a range of botanical beverages and powders that boost your mood and support a healthy lifestyle.

You will work directly with the founders (with backgrounds including Harvard Business School, McKinsey, and Google), alongside a diverse set of colleagues and brands. Over the past 5 years, we have been featured on Shark Tank, The New York Times, and Glamour. We have collaborated with leading brands such as Victoria’s Secret and Lululemon.

Moment is available in the US and Japan.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and grow our affiliate marketing program.
2. Lead influencer outreach and secure UGC content.
3. Own social media strategy and content across all platforms.
4. Work directly with founders (Harvard Business School, McKinsey, and Google alumni).

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing affiliate programs and influencer relationships.
• Strong understanding of social media and content creation.
• Proficient with design tools (Figma/Canva) and video editing (CapCut).
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and creative mindset.
• Understanding of DTC and e-commerce space.
