Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3-4 years of digital marketing, communications, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience creating and editing short- and long-form videos.
• Experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization.
• Experience with website CMS (BigCommerce, WordPress, Shopify) and email tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.

Responsibilities

• Write and publish blog posts, customer spotlights, and other website content.
• Update website content, pricing, images, hubs and landing pages.
• Create, edit and publish technical video content for installation support.
• Manage Rimol’s social media accounts (primarily Instagram) and analyze trends.
• Coordinate logistics for 30+ trade shows annually and marketing materials.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and ad campaigns.
• Coordinate photography, video and other marketing content as needed.
• Track metrics and use insights to improve content and engagement.
• Collaborate with sales to develop marketing materials aligned with company goals.

Rimol Greenhouse Systems is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. This role will help strengthen our brand, grow our digital presence and bring in new leads for sales team through website content, videos, email marketing, social media, trade shows and other marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator who understands how to create engaging written and multimedia content, is comfortable managing multiple projects, and has an interest in learning about the greenhouse industry. This will be a full-time, in-person role, based out of our office in Hooksett, NH.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and publish informational blog posts, customer spotlight articles, and other website content to educate and engage customers and prospects.
• Update and maintain website content, including product information and pricing, images, information hubs and landing pages.
• Manage the creation, editing and publication of technical video content, including instructional videos for installation support
• Maintain the company’s social media accounts (primarily Instagram) by creating and posting content, engaging with followers, and reporting on trends.
• Coordinate logistics for company’s participation at 30+ trade shows annually, including registration, furnishings and delivery of marketing materials.
• Assist with developing email marketing campaigns.
• Assist with developing print and digital advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate photography, video, and other marketing content as needed.
• Track social media, website, email, advertising and other marketing performance metrics and use insights to improve content and engagement.
• Work closely with sales and other departments to develop marketing materials and content that support company goals.

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience creating and editing short- and long-form videos.
• Experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization.
• Experience with website content management systems such as BigCommerce, WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Note: This position is a full-time role, based in-person in our office in Hooksett, NH with hours of 8am-4pm.
