Job summary

Colliers International in Kailua, HI is seeking a creative, customer-focused marketing support professional to assist with planning and executing campaigns, promotions and community programs at our properties.

You’ll create content for Facebook, Instagram and Reels, capture photos and videos at events, help develop marketing materials, signage and displays, and assist with event operations from setup to attendee engagement. Part-time, approx 4–10 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.

In This Role,

You Will Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and community programs. Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Reels. Capture photos and videos at events and shopping center activities for marketing and promotional use. Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials, signage, event displays, and promotional installations. Assist with event operations, including setup, guest registration, attendee engagement, and breakdown. Welcome and assist shoppers, visitors, and attendees by providing information about events, tenant locations, and shopping center amenities. Track event participation and collect feedback, photos, and engagement metrics to support marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the Marketing Director and property management team to execute strategies that drive traffic, increase tenant visibility, and strengthen community connections.

What You’ll Bring

Experience creating content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Reels. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, flexible, and available to work approximately 4-10 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to support event setup and execution, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Pursuant to local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Area/Location Specific: Kailua-Kona, HI Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $18/hour to $20/hour Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
