Job summary

V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. in Mountain View, CA seeks a Marketing Operations professional to maintain asset libraries, ensure current versions, and assist with audits in partnership with compliance stakeholders.

You will help align marketing materials to the platform messaging framework and brand standards, support strategic marketing efforts with cross-functional teams, and contribute to lifecycle and acquisition campaigns while operating in a matrixed, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or 4+ years marketing experience with HS diploma.
• 2+ years of marketing, sales, or business development operations experience.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and slide design; able to apply brand standards.
• Experience with Workfront is preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency (MS Office Suite).

Responsibilities

• Maintain marketing asset libraries and ensure current versions are available across systems.
• Assist with marketing audits and documentation in partnership with compliance stakeholders.
• Help ensure marketing materials align to the platform messaging framework and required DISCLOSERS/brand standards.
• Support strategic marketing efforts and work with Marketing COEs to ensure flawless execution.
• Integrate client, credit, and product offerings at targeted customer touch points to support acquisition and lifecycle marketing.

Primary Location: Mountain View, CA

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field OR in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 4+ years of marketing experience
• 2+ years of marketing, sales, or business development operations experience

Knowledge and Skills

• Familiarity with PowerPoint and slide design basics; able to apply brand standards.
• Comfort learning new tools and systems (asset libraries, workflow tools, etc.).
• Strong organization and project-tracking skills; comfortable managing multiple
• workstreams.
• Clear communicator (written and verbal) who can coordinate across teams.
• Detail-oriented, especially with version control and compliance-driven processes

Desired Characteristics

• Marketing experience preferably in travel, credit card or financial services.
• Experience with Workfront
• Strong PC proficiency (MS Office Suite) or comparable software applications.
• Collaborative style and approach with comfort working in a matrixed, decentralized structure.
• Direct marketing experience with both acquisition and loyalty/lifecycle channels.
