Job summary

The ideal candidate will assist with conference logistics, digital campaigns, and development of collateral while collaborating with a global marketing team to drive brand consistency and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting marketing, communications, events, or related administrative activities.
• Hands-on experience supporting events or conferences, including logistics, registrations, materials, shipping, schedules, or follow-up.
• Some experience creating and updating marketing content, such as social media graphics, conference collateral, email communications, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confirm next steps.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English; proficient with Microsoft Office, Canva, and basic design awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support event logistics, including registrations, accommodations, suppliers, shipping, and materials.
• Assist with campaigns across email, social media, websites, and events; help create/update content and collateral.
• Proofread and quality-check materials following brand guidelines and messaging.
• Support internal communications and coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to track follow-ups.
