Job summary

On Lok is seeking a Marketing Assistant in San Francisco to drive campaigns, analyze data, and support enrollment efforts. You’ll work under the Marketing Manager to understand the full marketing mix and use digital tools to analyze consumer behavior and ROI.

The role emphasizes collaboration with design/content teams, SEO initiatives, event support, and maintaining marketing records. Ideal candidates have a marketing degree and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Proven work experience as Marketing Associate/Assistant or similar role.
• Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques.
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
• Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns.
• Proficient in MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords.

Responsibilities

• Support brainstorming and ideation of new marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create print and digital material.
• Help develop and implement strategies with the marketing team.
• Support campaigns and digital marketing, plan activities, and assist events.
• Perform market research and analyze ROI and KPI metrics.
• Create reports on marketing and enrollment metrics and traffic rankings.
• Maintain records of marketing metrics and results of campaigns.
• Share reports with Enrollment teams and monitor peers' activities.
• Help establish brand standards and maintain digital assets.
