Staffmark Group in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support content creation and coordination for online campaigns. You will collaborate with internal teams to publish materials and keep marketing efforts aligned with the company’s growth strategy.

Responsibilities include editing product visuals in Photoshop, planning promotions, posting on Instagram and Facebook, and using the CRM to target customers.

Qualifications

• Photo editing experience; proficient in Photoshop.
• Graphic design experience creating flyers and visuals.
• Hands-on social media posting and marketing, especially Instagram and Facebook.
• Interest in anime, manga, Asian stationery and pop culture.
• Organized, detail-oriented, multitasking in fast-paced env.
• Experience in digital marketing or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit product images using Photoshop and other graphic design software.
• Prepare promotional plans and marketing materials aligned with online strategy and events.
• Collaborate with designers to publish content across social media and website.
• Engage audiences on Instagram and Facebook to promote products and events.
• Use CRM to extract data and support customer segmentation.
• Analyze data to improve online marketing and identify promotions and targets.
• Respond to inquiries by phone and email; assist orders and invoices.
• Enter data and support general office duties.
