Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing, graphic design, or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Design brochures, sales materials, and marketing collateral for the McLanahan Family of Companies.
• Create graphics, infographics, e-books, social media content, and website visuals that support marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with product managers, sales leaders, and marketing team members to develop engaging customer-facing content.
• Design trade show signage, banners, flyers, and promotional materials that help showcase our products and services.
• Transform technical information from webinars, blogs, presentations, and podcasts into clear, visually appealing marketing pieces.
• Assist with the design and formatting of the company's annual report.
• Prepare artwork for both print and digital platforms while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials by following established brand guidelines.
• Organize and manage brand assets, templates, logos, and design files.
• Support company initiatives across departments, including Human Resources, Safety, and Internal Communications.
• Assist with promotional merchandise, branded giveaways, and marketing inventory management.
• Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Contribute ideas and supporting special projects that help drive marketing team goals.

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and excited to collaborate with others. The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• One to three years of marketing, graphic design, or related experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience using modern design tools such as Canva.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively with a variety of teams and stakeholders.
• A self-motivated approach, with the ability to take initiative and manage projects independently.
• A passion for creative design and visual storytelling.
• The ability to balance creativity with brand standards and consistency.
