We are a small marketing company that provides realtors, lenders, and commercial real estate companies with social media plans that allow them to return their focus to selling homes, loans, and properties! We love to build connections with our clients, help them grow in their knowledge of social media, and give them personalized services. (Our clients are all over the US from West Coast to East Coast).

Our Team:

Our team is small but mighty consisting of our CEO, Graphic Designer, Marketing Assistant, and Video Editor. We are all fully remote, and we value autonomy. We strive for work/life balance and work to live, not live to work.

Your Schedule:

This role is Wednesday-Friday 10AM-3PM PST/1PM-6PM EST with these set hours to better serve our clients. Work from home, a coffee shop, we don't mind, as long as you're getting your work done and available during your shift. The hours may increase based on work load, so there is potential for this role to be greater than 15 hours/week.

Your Role: Marketing Assistant

Are you ready to be the coordinator of creativity in a small but mighty marketing agency? If you've got a knack for crafting killer content calendars, a flair for managing social media, and the finesse to keep clients smiling, then we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage client content calendars. You'll plan out the content calendar each month for clients. This includes reels ideas, local highlights, and more. Bring your creativity and stay trendy!
  • Stay up to date weekly on new developments/news in each client's location that can create good content.
  • Create and post client's "Just Listed", "Just Sold", and "Open House" posts as they come in. You'll be the client go-to for any updates on their listings!
  • Manage client emails with content requests
  • Coordinate with our video editor and graphic designer to get all content ready by due dates and review all work for edits
  • Manage flow of content from client to video editor/graphic designer
  • Assist with biweekly e-blast build out
  • Analyze client stats and content monthly, make changes for improvement

Requirements:

A passion for all things marketing (with a strong passion for social media/content creation) with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We do NOT want agencies to apply.

  • Proficiency in content creation and social media management tools (e.g., Loomly, Meta, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive).
  • Creative mind to brainstorm new ideas, create content that connects with followers, and remains professional
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to charm clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • A keen eye for detail and a knack for organization, ensuring that no task slips through the cracks.
  • A creative mindset coupled with a strategic approach to problem-solving, always thinking one step ahead to deliver exceptional results.
