We are seeking a Marketing & Growth Assistant to write compelling emails and social copy, run paid ad campaigns, manage content across platforms, and explore new growth channels. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• +1 year of experience in a Marketing & Growth Assistant role or related role.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Willing to listen to feedback and improve.

Responsibilities

• Write and proofread marketing emails, social media posts, and other short copy.
• Set up and monitor ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, or LinkedIn.
• Schedule and upload content across various social media channels.
• Reach out to social media creators and influencers for potential collaborations.
• Edit and update landing pages and website content.
• Perform basic video editing tasks, including trimming clips and adding captions.
• Initiate and manage new growth projects, such as building a presence on Reddit.
• Maintain notes and reports on project outcomes and future strategies.
