Job summary

Vacuum Truck Rentals is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts through graphic design, event coordination, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities

• Graphic Design & Production: create brochures, flyers using CorelDRAW.
• Design and produce vinyl decals.
• Operate and maintain a Roland printer.

• Plan and coordinate marketing events; logistics and setup.
• Travel and event reservations as needed.
• Administrative Support: maintain customer data in marketing databases.
• Track inventory of marketing materials.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts through graphic design, event coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with design software, printing equipment, and marketing logistics, and will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency and supporting promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Production

• Create visually appealing brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials using CorelDRAW or similar graphic design software.
• Design and produce vinyl decals using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Operate and maintain a Roland printer for producing high-quality prints and signage.

Marketing Coordination

• Organize and maintain marketing materials and promotional items (SWAG).
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, including logistics and setup.
• Make travel and event reservations as needed.

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in marketing databases.
• Track inventory levels of marketing materials and promotional items.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
