The NM Group is seeking a full-time Public Relations Assistant to join our innovative marketing team. We are known for our creative approach to client relations and brand management. With the Premier Insurance program now part of our portfolio, we’re looking for a motivated individual to help manage public relations and community outreach, ensuring our message reaches those who need it most.

Compensation and Schedule

This role offers an annual salary of $40-50k, with additional bonuses available. You’ll work a Monday-Friday schedule, gaining hands-on experience in public relations and community engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience or interest in supporting public relations and media outreach efforts
• Engagement with communities and ability to build positive relationships
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and media inquiries efficiently
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate creativity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a communications, marketing, customer relations, or content creation role (internships and volunteer work considered)
