AIRMATIC is seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant at our Malvern, Pennsylvania location to support a broad range of marketing activities including website content, SEO, email marketing, social media, and sales materials.

This hands-on, on-site role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who is organized, detail-oriented, communicates well, and is eager to learn industrial products and terminology.

Formación

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media.
• 1–3 years in marketing, digital content, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Assist with trade show prep and post-show activities.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project tracking, and organized files.

Description

AIRMATIC is seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant for our Malvern, Pennsylvania location to support a broad range of marketing activities, including website content, SEO, email marketing, social media, marketing communications, product literature, trade shows, and sales-support materials.

This is a hands-on, on-site position for an early-career marketing professional who wants broad experience in digital, content, technical, and B2B marketing. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who communicates well, can manage multiple assignments, takes pride in producing accurate, professional work, and is comfortable learning technical subject matter.

The Marketing Assistant reports to the Marketing Director and works closely with the Senior Marketing Coordinator for day-to-day project guidance and coordination. The role also collaborates with teams throughout the Company.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Assistant, you will help develop and execute AIRMATIC marketing programs across multiple channels. Responsibilities include:

• Update and maintain website content, structure, and technical product information
• Support SEO and other efforts to improve website visibility, usability, and search performance
• Write, edit, proofread, and format marketing communications, product literature, technical content, and other customer-facing content
• Develop a working knowledge of AIRMATIC’s products, applications, and industries to support accurate marketing content and communications
• Support email marketing and social media activities, including content development, scheduling, and performance tracking
• Assist with photography, illustrations, charts, graphics, and other marketing assets
• Help ensure consistency in AIRMATIC branding, terminology, messaging, and visual presentation
• Support Sales and Customer Service with presentations, literature, product information, and customer-facing materials
• Work with internal departments, manufacturers, vendors, and industry partners to gather information and complete marketing projects
• Assist with trade show preparation and post-show activities
• Maintain marketing calendars, project tracking, and schedules while supporting departmental priorities
• Maintain organized marketing files, photos, artwork, digital assets, and project records
• Perform other marketing-related projects and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital content, or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles
• Familiarity with email marketing, social media, and website content-management systems
• Experience with graphic design applications; marketing analytics experience is also a plus

Industrial or technical marketing experience is helpful but not required. A willingness and ability to learn are more important.
