AIRMATIC is seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant at our Malvern, Pennsylvania location to support a broad range of marketing activities including website content, SEO, email marketing, social media, and sales materials.

This hands-on, on-site role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who is organized, detail-oriented, communicates well, and is eager to learn industrial products and terminology.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media.
• 1–3 years in marketing, digital content, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps.
• Willingness to learn industrial products, applications, and terminology.
• Able to use AI-assisted tools for marketing and content development.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain website content, structure, and technical product information.
• Support SEO and other efforts to improve website visibility and performance.
• Write, edit, proofread, and format marketing communications, product literature, and technical content.
• Develop knowledge of AIRMATIC’s products, applications, and industries to support accurate marketing content.
• Support email marketing and social media activities, including content development and scheduling.
• Assist with photography, illustrations, charts, and graphics for marketing assets.
• Ensure consistency in branding, terminology, messaging, and visuals.
• Support Sales and Customer Service with materials and product information.
• Collaborate with internal departments, manufacturers, vendors, and partners on projects.
• Assist with trade show prep and post-show activities.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project tracking, and organized files.
