Job summary

ECS Group of Companies (ECS) is seeking a Marketing Assistant - Strategic Pursuits in Carrollton, TX to support the marketing team and drive proposal development. You will tracking opportunities, organize materials, and help maintain branding consistency across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar preferred.
• 1 year of sales or marketing experience preferred; experience in marketing or design in architecture, engineering, and/or construction would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing team members
• Collaborate with teams within same marketing department to improve and unify marketing processes and procedures
• Collaborate with teams in other marketing departments on special projects
• Promote branding best practices
• Maintain, write, create, and organize marketing materials including project sheets, resumes, project lists, and related collateral
• Support project team throughout the proposal process including research and development, production, and delivery
• Complete and update prequalification documents, vendor forms, and safety information requests
• Assist with identifying, tracking, and coordinating conferences, event planning, industry, and award opportunities
• Ensure messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategy, deliver content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, email, or direct mail
• Conduct market research to keep up with changing demographic and other relevant issues to assist with evaluating marketing and communication activities
• Assist with maintaining and updating database; Additional research, administrative tasks, and or special projects as needed
