Marketing and Visual Experience Lead, UGG NA
Director, Marketplace Experience
Remote – US (States: Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Washington)
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing & Visual Experience Lead for North America to bring UGG to life across wholesale, DTC, and experiential moments. This role involves creating immersive, cohesive environments that elevate brand identity while aligning with the global vision. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, storytelling, and consumer engagement, using visual and experiential elements to evoke emotion and deepen connections with the UGG audience.

The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
You thrive at the intersection of brand, retail, and culture, translating strategy into visually compelling experiences. You have a strong background in visual merchandising and experiential marketing, excel in fast-paced environments, lead cross-functional teams, and are driven to push boundaries, create memorable moments, and deepen consumer connections.
Proven experience in visual merchandising, experiential marketing, storytelling, and a collaborative approach to brand activation. Ability to innovate while maintaining brand consistency.
Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000, determined by location and experience. Specific salaries discussed during hiring.
