The Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Visual Experience Lead for North America to bring UGG to life across wholesale, DTC, and experiential moments. This role involves executing immersive environments and experiences that elevate the brand’s identity while aligning with the global vision. The ideal candidate has a passion for design, storytelling, and consumer engagement, leveraging visual and experiential elements to evoke emotion and build deeper connections with the UGG audience.

Your Impact

The primary responsibilities include:

  1. Brand Storytelling & Experience Design: Support and execute immersive brand experiences that enhance storytelling through design, creating visually compelling environments across all UGG spaces.
  2. Retail & Wholesale Visual Execution: Partner with marketing and retail teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing stories across all consumer touchpoints.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with global retail, marketing teams, and outside agencies to ensure visual and experiential consistency.
  4. Seasonal Implementation: Support seasonal marketing initiatives ensuring alignment with product and brand priorities.
  5. Visual Merchandising Excellence: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that reinforce brand identity and drive results.
  6. Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the brand.
  7. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate the impact of initiatives and use insights to optimize future activations.
Who You Are

You excel at translating brand strategy into compelling, emotionally resonant experiences. You have a background in visual merchandising and experiential marketing, thrive in collaborative environments, and are driven by a desire to push boundaries and deepen consumer connection.

Qualifications

Strong experience in visual merchandising, experiential activations, and storytelling. Collaborative, innovative, and execution-focused.
