Marketing and Visual Experience Lead, UGG NA
Director, Marketplace Experience
Remote – US (approved states include Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Washington)
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Visual Experience Lead for North America to bring UGG to life across wholesale, DTC, and experiential moments. This role involves executing immersive environments and experiences that elevate the brand’s identity while aligning with the global vision. The ideal candidate has a passion for design, storytelling, and consumer engagement, leveraging visual and experiential elements to evoke emotion and build deeper connections with the UGG audience.
The primary responsibilities include:
You excel at translating brand strategy into compelling, emotionally resonant experiences. You have a background in visual merchandising and experiential marketing, thrive in collaborative environments, and are driven by a desire to push boundaries and deepen consumer connection.
Strong experience in visual merchandising, experiential activations, and storytelling. Collaborative, innovative, and execution-focused.
Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000, dependent on location and experience.
