Director, Marketplace Experience
Remote – US (applicants must reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Washington)
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing & Visual Experience Lead for North America to bring UGG to life across wholesale, DTC, and experiential moments. This role will execute immersive, cohesive environments and experiences that elevate the brand’s identity while aligning with the global vision. The ideal candidate has a passion for design, storytelling, and consumer engagement, leveraging visual and experiential elements to evoke emotion and deepen connections with the UGG audience.

You thrive at the intersection of brand, retail, and culture, translating strategy into visually compelling experiences.
