Trusted Heating & Cooling Solutions, Inc. in Pinckney, MI is hiring a full-time Marketing and Sales Rep to drive outbound calls, shape CRM strategy, and engage in meaningful customer conversations on a weekday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

You’ll join a team that values quality and integrity, with a competitive $25–$30 per hour plus commission, strong benefits, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, and opportunities to grow as we expand HVAC services across the greater Ann Arbor region.

Qualificações

• Experience with outbound sales and customer conversations.
• Strong CRM experience and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Responsabilidades

• Booking service and sales leads using outbound and AI-powered CRM systems.
• Managing marketing vendors and campaign data.
• Reviving open estimates and turning "maybe later" into closed jobs.
• Making proactive happy calls that build trust and long-term relationships.
• Supporting inbound call triage so our service and sales teams stay fully booked.

• Proficiency using CRM systems, marketing platforms, and automation tools
• Strong outbound calling, follow-up, and phone-closing skills
