Job summary

Hireology seeks an Inventory Marketing & Logistics Manager to own the presentation, marketing readiness, and logistics of our 300+ vehicle inventory. This full-time role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach.

You will oversee daily inventory readiness, merchandising, and collaboration with Sales, Service, Detail, and Management to ensure accurate vehicle information and efficient flow from arrival to customers. No automotive experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the organization and presentation of 300+ inventory units.
  • Ensure every vehicle is properly merchandised and marketed.
  • Verify vehicle information, features, options, and equipment are presented correctly.
  • Inspect vehicles to ensure major features and equipment function properly.
  • Ensure inventory is clean, organized, professionally presented, and ready for customers.
  • Coordinate movement and placement of vehicles throughout the dealership.
  • Identify vehicles not retail-ready and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
  • Work with Sales, Service, Detail, and Management to maintain inventory standards.
  • Help ensure newly arriving inventory moves quickly through prep and merchandising.
  • Maintain accountability for inventory condition, location, presentation, and readiness.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve our inventory process and customer experience.

Inventory Marketing & Logistics Manager.

We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to take ownership of the presentation, marketing readiness, and logistics of an inventory of 300+ vehicles.

Automotive experience is NOT required. We are willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, organization, and the desire to grow.

What You\'ll Be Responsible For

The Inventory Marketing & Logistics Manager will oversee the day-to-day readiness and presentation of our vehicle inventory, ensuring every unit is properly prepared, marketed, and presented to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and maintain the organization and presentation of 300+ inventory units

  • Ensure every vehicle is properly merchandised and marketed

  • Verify that vehicle information, features, options, and equipment are presented correctly

  • Ensure inventory is clean, organized, professionally presented, and ready for customers
