Job summary

Lynch GM Superstore is seeking an energetic Vehicle Inventory Coordinator to oversee the appearance, organization, and presentation of our new and pre-owned inventory. This is a key operations role focused on keeping the lot customer-ready and merchandised.

You will coordinate vehicle placement, maintain a clean display, assist with inventory audits, and ensure accurate location tracking to protect millions of dollars in inventory.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized dealership lot.
• Physical capability to bend, lift, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle placement and display on the lot for an attractive layout.
• Keep the lot clean and debris-free to maintain a professional appearance.
• Move vehicles to display areas, pickup spots, or service as needed.
• Merchandise vehicles with stickers, buyers guides, plates, and displays.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery (wash, fuel, presentation).
• Assist in checking-in new inventory and verifying accuracy.
• Assist with inventory audits and vehicle location tracking.

• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery, including washing, fueling, and final presentation.


• Assist in checking-in new vehicle inventory, verifying accuracy and completeness.


• Assist with inventory audits and vehicle location tracking.
