What You’ll Do:

Inventory Management

• ✅ Conduct daily inventory checks and ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• ✅ Oversee reconditioning activities, including touch-ups, interior detailing, and minor repairs.
• ✅ Coordinate with vendors and manage parts inventory for smooth vehicle preparation.
• ✅ Keep the lot looking sharp—arrange vehicles to create an inviting and professional display.
• ✅ Track vehicles needing photos and ensure they are uploaded promptly.
• ✅ Monitor and manage vehicle keys to maintain security and accountability.

• ✅ Assist the sales team during busy hours—greet customers, arrange test drives, and present vehicles.
• ✅ Help customers find the right car that fits their needs and budget.
• ✅ Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure a smooth leasing process.
• ✅ Work with the BDC team to follow up on appointments and maintain strong customer relationships.

Customer Experience

• ✅ Ensure vehicles ready for customer visits.
• ✅ Provide outstanding service and follow up to build customer loyalty and referrals.
• ✅ Stay informed about dealership promotions, services, and inventory.
