Job summary

Bluestone Real Estate Services in Portland, OR (or Salem, OR) is seeking a Marketing & Listings Coordinator to make listings shine—from photos to sign in the yard—and help price to lease across residential, commercial, and community spaces.

You'll work with property managers and leasing teams, producing photos, videos, and marketing materials while coordinating with maintenance and events teams to ensure spaces are compelling and market-ready.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing, real estate, property management, leasing, or a related creative role.
• Portfolio demonstrating photography and short-form video skills.
• Strong writing skills and ability to create compelling, accurate marketing content.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and basic video-editing software.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets for rental comps and listing performance.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• A self-directed work style and comfort splitting time between office and field.
• Valid driver’s license, active insurance, and reliable transportation for property visits.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging, accurate listing descriptions for residential and commercial vacancies.
• Publish and maintain listings across AppFolio, Zillow, Apartments.com, LoopNet, Crexi, and Bluestone site.
• Photograph vacant homes, apartments, and commercial spaces.
• Film and edit walkthrough videos and short-form content for listings and social media.
• Create graphics and marketing materials using Canva while maintaining brand standards.
• Plan and post content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
• Coordinate with property and maintenance teams to ensure spaces are photo-ready.
• Order, place, inspect, and retrieve property signage in Portland, Salem, and Vancouver.
• Track listing performance: views, inquiries, showings, days on market.
• Research rental comps and recommend market rents to Property Managers.
• Monitor vacancies and suggest pricing or marketing changes when needed.
• Assist with planning and coordinating company and community events; vendors, supplies, materials, logistics.
• Maintain an organized library of property photos, videos, and assets.

Do you have an eye for what makes a property stand out—and the marketing skills to make it happen?

Bluestone Real Estate Services is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Listings Coordinator to help our properties shine. You’ll be the person who makes every listing look its best, from the first photo to the sign in the yard, while helping ensure our homes and commercial spaces are positioned and priced to lease.

You’ll work closely with our property managers and leasing teams across Residential, Commercial, and Community Association Management. Your work will often be the first impression prospective residents, tenants, and clients of Bluestone.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Write engaging, accurate listing descriptions for residential and commercial vacancies.
• Publish and maintain listings across AppFolio, Zillow, Apartments.com, LoopNet, Crexi, and the Bluestone website.
• Photograph vacant homes, apartments, and commercial spaces throughout our portfolio.
• Film and edit walkthrough videos and short-form content for listings and social media.
• Create graphics and marketing materials using Canva while maintaining Bluestone brand standards.
• Plan and post content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
• Coordinate with property and maintenance teams to make sure spaces are photo-ready and looking their best.

• Maintain an organized library of property photos, videos, and other marketing assets.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, real estate, property management, leasing, or a related creative role.
• A portfolio demonstrating photography and short-form video skills.
• Strong writing skills and an eye for creating compelling, accurate marketing content.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and basic video-editing software.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets for rental comps and listing performance.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• A self-directed work style and comfort splitting your time between the office and the field.

Even better if you have:

• Experience with AppFolio, Rentometer, CoStar, LoopNet, or similar real estate platforms.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing advertising requirements.
• Real estate or property management experience.
• Drone photography experience or FAA Part 107 certification.
• Oregon property management or real estate license—or an interest in earning one.
