Qualifikationen

Stonehill Communities is seeking a Marketing and Graphic Design Strategist to help shape how the organization communicates its mission and values. This onsite role in Dubuque, IA blends strategy, visual design, and content creation to reinforce a consistent brand presence across locations and services.

In this position, you will develop and execute creative marketing plans that increase awareness of Stonehill Communities services and programs. You will also lead the creation of digital, print, social media, and promotional materials, ensuring the organization tells its story clearly and consistently while highlighting the people, programs, and experiences that make Stonehill Communities unique.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that strengthen the Stonehill Communities brand
• Increase awareness of services and programs
• Communicate the organization’s mission and values effectively
• Lead creation of engaging digital, print, social media, and promotional content
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all Stonehill Communities locations and services
• Combine marketing strategy, graphic design, content creation, and social media management to share the Stonehill story
• Collaborate with leadership, departments, and community partners to identify opportunities, develop campaigns, create visual materials, and promote Stonehill Communities to current and prospective audiences
• Maintain a consistent and positive brand presence
• Develop innovative ways to engage audiences in alignment with Stonehill Communities' Franciscan values and mission

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Business (or related field)
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• A supportive team approach that contributes to teamwork and the collaborative team concept
• Self-directed work style with strong attention to detail and organization, with the ability to manage responsibilities with little supervision
• Familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office, and demonstrated ability to use computer programs for training and communications
• Ability to adhere to all Stonehill Communities policies and procedures
