Job summary

The Osborn is seeking a Marketing and Fund Development Associate to develop and sustain social media content, assist with monthly events, and manage our databases and website. This in-office role reports to the VP of Marketing and works closely with vendors to support strategic growth.

Requirements include a BA in marketing or communications or equivalent experience, strong writing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Canva is a plus.

Salary Range: $64,600.00 to $72,000.00 - Salary offer will be commensurate with experience

The Marketing/Fund Development Associate is responsible for developing and sustaining social media content; supporting the planning and implementation of monthly events across various platforms and venues; maintaining a lead role for the effective use of databases for marketing and fund development programs, managing and overseeing the website; tracking budget expenditures as well as other assigned tasks. The Marketing/Fund Development Association will work in close partnership with the Vice President, Marketing, and others, including outside vendors, for the long-term, strategic growth of the organization and its mission.

Knowledge, Skills & Ability

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or equivalent work experience
• Ability to interact effectively and smoothly with all constituents.
• Must exhibit high degree of personal integrity and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software including, but not limited to, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Publisher. Canva a plus!
