Job summary

ComForCare In-Home Care - Baltimore/Carroll is seeking a Marketing and Community Liaison in Towson, MD. You will be the face of our brand, building meaningful community relationships and connecting families with compassionate care.

In this role, you will develop strategies to grow referrals, represent the company at events, and collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with client intake and care delivery. A passion for people and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or business development preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Knowledge of home health or senior care industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation required.
• Covid-19 Vaccinated.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and generate referrals in the Towson/Baltimore/Carroll area.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, assisted living facilities, and senior centers.
• Represent ComForCare at community events, health fairs, and networking functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with client intake and care delivery goals.
• Track and report on outreach activities, referral trends, and marketing metrics.
• Identify new business development opportunities within the local healthcare community.
• Create and distribute marketing materials to support community outreach initiatives.
