ComForCare Towson is seeking a Marketing & Community Liaison to lead outreach, build partnerships, and grow our presence in the Towson area. This role focuses on connecting with hospitals, rehab centers, and senior living communities while collaborating with internal teams to deliver consistent messaging and excellent client experiences.

The position offers a flexible part-time schedule with hybrid potential, competitive pay plus bonuses, and opportunities to advance within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or community outreach.
• Proven success growing referrals and expanding market presence.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead community marketing and business development efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, and referral partners.
• Represent ComForCare Towson at networking events, meetings, and community forums.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and great client experiences.
• Track outreach efforts, referral growth, and marketing performance.
• Help drive growth and visibility throughout the Towson community.

Schedule

• Three (3) days per week (must include Monday and Friday)
• 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

What You Bring

• Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable working independently
• Reliable transportation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
