Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana in Kokomo seeks a part-time Marketing & Design Assistant to create regional publications, maintain non-instructional websites, and support social media. You’ll design brochures, catalogs, posters, and ads, liaise with vendors, and ensure brand consistency across materials.
This on-campus, 20-hour job offers flexible hours (20–28h/week) with potential after-hours support.
Position is responsible for internal and external regional marketing materials. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, graphic design, layout, production, and distribution of printed materials, advertising, and promotional items. Create and maintain non-instructional regional websites and related web portals. This is an on-campus position.
Salary: $20hr (20-28 hours per week)
Candidates selected for an interview will participate in an initial virtual interview. Finalists will be invited to an on-campus interview, which will include a portfolio presentation and discussion of selected work samples.
Associate degree in related field or relevant certification plus experience required. Strong computer skills including graphic design and illustration software required. Relevant professional experience including Adobe Creative Suite, and printing experience required. Photo and video experience preferred.
