Indiana Alliance of YMCAs seeks a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead the rural 5-2-1-0 social marketing and statewide communications strategy across Indiana's 64 rural counties. The role develops culturally relevant messaging and drives visibility for the statewide coalition.

The Marketing and Communications Manager is a grant funded responsible for leading the design and execution of the RHTP grant's statewide social marketing and communications strategy, most notably the rural 5-2-1-0 campaign promoting healthy eating, screen time, physical activity, and reduced sugar-sweetened beverage consumption. This position develops culturally relevant messaging for Indiana's 64 rural counties and drives visibility for the statewide coalition. The Manager reports to the State Director of Rural Health.
