Job summary

Google Operations Center in Chicago is seeking a Marketing Campaigns Analyst to join our Marketing DOME Activation team. You will partner with stakeholders to define audiences, build segmentation, manage lead scoring, and ensure data integrity between databases and CRMs.

This full-time role emphasizes collaboration across technical and non-technical teams and requires strong reporting skills. The base salary range is $65,000 - $78,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years overall experience in SQL including building custom audience segments.
• Experience in SFDC or similar CRM tools.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define and build target audiences.
• Develop segmentation strategies, including suppression lists.
• Communicate campaign performance results to diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Manage lead scoring and routing.
• Build reporting dashboards and ad hoc reports for marketers.
• Ensure data integrity between databases and CRMs.
