Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Analytics Manager to join our Growth team to own and enhance the site and application experience while driving incremental acquisition. This role will be responsible for leading the analysis, product prioritization, optimization, and continuous improvement of our website and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical problem solving, data analysis, digital product delivery, and a deep understanding of the credit card or financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
  1. Acquisition Analytics: Define KPIs, monitor performance, identify root causes, and analyze customer behavior across digital touch points to make data-backed recommendations. Serve as the owner for site and application data.
  2. Site and Application Ownership: Oversee the user experience across our website and mobile applications. Manage our digital product roadmap to prioritize the agenda for our developers, data engineers, analysts, designers, marketing strategists, and marketing channel owners within our Growth team.
  3. UX Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize user experience, including A/B testing, feedback gathering, and implementing improvements based on data-driven insights.
  4. Project Management: Manage projects related to website and app design, functionality enhancements, content updates, and troubleshooting. Able to provide clear intent and requirements to Tech and Creative partners.
  5. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Risk, IT, and customer support teams to align digital experiences with business goals and customer needs.
  6. Customer-Centric Approach: Advocate for the customer by staying updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of digital innovation.
  7. Compliance and Security: Ensure that digital properties comply with regulatory standards, security protocols, and accessibility guidelines specific to the financial industry.
  8. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  9. Vendor Management: Serve as the internal lead for marketing-related data, tech, creative, and/or operation 3rd party partners.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. 4+ years of analytics experience, ideally in marketing, acquisition, and customer onboarding.
  3. 2+ years of digital product experience or UX/UI design, ideally in fintech or financial services.
  4. Strong understanding of credit card products and consumer behavior within financial services.
  5. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills (e.g., via Big Query, Snowflake), with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  6. Expertise in web and mobile application design principles and best practices.
  7. Experience working with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), with understanding of A/B testing and incremental measurement.
  8. Proficiency in UX tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear).
  9. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  10. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  11. (Optional) Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and web security protocols.
  12. (Optional) Knowledge of SEO principles and digital channels (e.g., SEM, Paid Social, Performance Max, Affiliates, Display).
