Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Analytics Manager to join our Growth team to own and enhance the site and application experience while driving incremental acquisition. This role will be responsible for leading analysis, product prioritization, optimization, and continuous improvement of our website and mobile applications. The role will ensure our digital properties meet customer needs, business objectives, and deliver superior performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical problem solving, data analysis, site data, digital product delivery, and a deep understanding of the credit card or financial services industry.

Responsibilities
  • Acquisition Analytics: Define KPIs, monitor performance, identify root causes, analyze customer behavior across digital touchpoints, and make data-backed recommendations. Serve as the owner for site and application data.
  • Site and Application Ownership: Oversee user experience across our website and mobile applications. Manage our digital product roadmap to prioritize tasks for developers, data engineers, analysts, designers, marketing strategists, and channel owners within our Growth team.
  • UX Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize user experience, including A/B testing, feedback gathering, and implementing improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Project Management: Manage projects related to website and app design, functionality enhancements, content updates, and troubleshooting. Provide clear requirements to Tech and Creative partners.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Risk, IT, and customer support teams to align digital experiences with business goals and customer needs.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to ensure digital innovation.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure digital properties comply with regulatory standards, security protocols, and accessibility guidelines specific to the financial industry.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Vendor Management: Lead for marketing-related data, tech, creative, and operational third-party partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4+ years of analytics experience, ideally in marketing, acquisition, and customer onboarding.
  • 2+ years of digital product experience or UX/UI design, ideally in fintech or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of credit card products and consumer behavior within financial services.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake), with the ability to translate insights into strategies.
  • Expertise in web and mobile application design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), A/B testing, and incremental measurement.
  • Proficiency in UX tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • (Optional) Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and web security protocols.
  • (Optional) Knowledge of SEO principles and other digital channels (e.g., SEM, Paid Social, Affiliates).
