Kyndryl is seeking motivated interns to join the Marketing Analytics team for a hands-on summer program in New York City. You will work on a strategic project, partner with early professionals, and receive mentorship and professional development throughout the internship.

Interns will learn from leaders, gain exposure to analytics tools like Excel, SQL and Power BI, and contribute to real business questions that improve marketing performance and ROI.

Qualifications

• Rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, Marketing or Statistics.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data.
• Interest in learning SQL, Power BI and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing performance across channels such as digital, paid media, events and campaigns.
• Identify trends, drivers and opportunities for growth or optimization.
• Evaluate marketing investments and ROI to improve effectiveness.
• Develop analyses, reports and visualizations to make complex data understandable.
• Support dashboards and recurring performance reporting using Excel and Power BI.
• Gain exposure to SQL and large marketing and business datasets.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Present findings to analytics, marketing and business stakeholders.
