The New York Times Company is seeking a Manager, AI Strategy & Enablement to translate approved priorities into scalable AI tools and workflows for Marketing. This hybrid role is based in our New York City headquarters; you will come to the office three days per week.

You will lead AI projects end-to-end, collaborate with Enterprise IT, Product, Data, Information Security, Legal, Privacy, and Procurement, and measure impact via adoption and time saved.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in product or program management or related field.
• 2+ years applying generative AI to business problems.
• Experience with AI agents and AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience leading cross-functional work from discovery to adoption.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into requirements and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities to automate or improve Marketing work.
• Recommend AI vs. software or processes for each problem.
• Lead AI projects from discovery to rollout.
• Build, configure, test, and improve AI tools and workflows.
• Create documentation and track adoption and impact.
• Collaborate with IT, data, security, and legal as needed.
• Ensure governance and compliance in AI solutions.
