Job summary

Hightouch is seeking an AI Decisioning Strategy Consultant in our New York office to drive enterprise marketing transformation through AI-powered decisioning.

You'll partner with ML and product teams to uncover impactful use cases, document requirements, and guide campaigns from discovery through go-live, delivering measurable outcomes for top brands. Travel up to 25% to collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI strategy projects in enterprise settings.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into customer outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and discovery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Own all phases of AI Decisioning use case delivery with engineers, executives, marketers, and IT stakeholders.
• Run design sessions with customers to capture use case requirements and improvements.
• Develop process playbooks and best practices to ensure delivery excellence.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Build relationships with key customer stakeholders across deployments.
• Contribute to driving the AI Decisioning product strategy.
