Role Overview: We seek a Marketing Advisor to join our team, managing marketing and branding projects from concept to execution. You will provide project management, strategic support, and empower agents to achieve their marketing goals, creating impactful and efficient marketing strategies on a broad scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver world-class client service by consulting with customers, identifying marketing needs, and executing strategic plans.
2. Provide guidance and outstanding service to our customers.
3. Learn and advocate for the Compass platform and its advantages.
4. Develop and promote the value of our products, tools, and programs.
5. Create strategic marketing plans utilizing various tactics including branding, print, digital, social media, direct mail, video, and paid media.
6. Organize and assemble creative work such as print ads and brochures using InDesign.
7. Coordinate with the design team and agents to deliver projects and materials, maintaining brand cohesion.
8. Provide personalized marketing experiences and proactively craft strategies.
9. Analyze and optimize marketing plans to exceed agent expectations.
10. Work with vendors to manage advertising spend and opportunities.
11. Stay informed on real estate market trends and industry forecasts.
12. Cultivate relationships to foster community and culture.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of marketing experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies across channels.
• Proven project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Passionate about marketing and technology.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
• Prior real estate experience preferred.
