Kreative Media is seeking a Marketing Account Manager to oversee up to 15 client accounts, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery aligned with brand goals. You will bridge clients and internal teams, orchestrating timelines, deliverables, and strategic direction.

You will lead conversations, build presentations, and translate data into actionable insights, cultivating strong long-term client relationships across digital channels.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, account management, or marketing strategy (agency experience preferred).
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously and delivering on time.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (website, social media, PPC, Meta Ads, SEO).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for up to 15 client accounts.
• Lead client meetings, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Manage workflows and timelines using Monday.com.
• Coordinate across design, social, PPC, Meta Ads, creative, and SEO teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
• Track deliverables, approvals, and revisions.
• Gather performance data across platforms (Meta Ads, PPC, SEO, Social, Website Analytics).
• Create client-ready decks and performance reports.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations confidently.
