Job summary

The Agency Vail is seeking a Marketing Account Manager to handle daily marketing needs in our Vail office. Responsibilities include training, supporting agents, creating marketing collateral, and coordinating local advertising and events.

You will also manage social media, headshots, vendor coordination, and participate in monthly marketing strategy meetings to drive campaigns and brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Steward of The Agency brand.
• Create deadline-driven marketing materials (bios, listing copy, presentations, flyers, signage, eblasts, ads, social assets).
• Provide marketing training and onboarding for new agents.
• Photograph headshots for new agents.
• Lead liaison for local agents on marketing needs and processes.
• Coordinate local ad/media buying and print coordination with Vail vendors.
• Manage and grow the office’s social media pages.
• Attend monthly marketing meetings with Franchise Marketing Managers.
• Support events and community activations across the Valley.

Position Summary

The Marketing Account Manager will manage the day-to-day marketing needs of The Agency Vail, responsibilities range from training and support, creating marketing collateral, acting as a thought partner for the operations of the business, and consulting on marketing efforts and campaigns.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Steward of The Agency brand
• Creation of various deadline-oriented marketing materials including agent bios, listing copy, presentations, flyers, signage, eblasts, advertising, social media assets and other custom materials when needed
• Provide marketing training and onboarding for all new agent hires
• Photograph headshots for new agents
• Lead liaison for local agents on marketing needs and processes
• Coordination and strategy of local ad and media buying
• Management of print coordination of marketing materials with local Vail vendors
• Manage and grow the office’s Social Media pages
• Attend monthly marketing meetings with The Agency’s Franchise Marketing Managers
• Perform other tasks as directed by Managing Partners
• Advise on agent business planning
• Coordinate and support events, including property showcases, client appreciation gatherings, and community activations across the Valley and assist with social media pre and post-events
• Greet clients and brokers at the front desk in our Vail retail office
• Work with Managing Partners on marketing strategies and innovation for the Agency Vail
