  • Prior Marketing experience for Skilled Nursing Facilities is a must.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid insurance systems.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare and Hospital systems, especially in Brooklyn and Queens.

  • Work with Admissions department to meet census goals.

Job description

Recruit Secure is collaborating with an established and very stable Healthcare company that owns a very large Skilled Nursing Homethat is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketer for direct hireto their team. The Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and identifying resources to meet the census goals of a Skilled Nursing Home (about 200-beds) located in Brooklyn, NY The successful candidate will develop strategic marking plans to build relationships with hospitals, external businesses, outside vendors, and community organizations, etc., to generate admissions at the facility and enhance the company's brand. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic company and to directly affect its success. Salary and bonus plans are dependent on experience. An excellent benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, and discharge planners to maintain and develop referral relationships.
  • Work with the Admissions department to meet short-term and long-range census goals.
  • Create, manage, and monitor new business development plans
  • Communicate with SNF Administrators, and Admissions Director to be abreast of policies affecting Admissions and finances.

Requirements:

  • Prior Marketing experience for Skilled Nursing Facilities on long-term care facilities- a must
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid insurance systems
  • Knowledge of Healthcare and Hospital systems, especially in Brooklyn, and Queens,areas.
