The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dynamic Marketer / Hospital Liaison to drive admissions growth by building strategic partnerships with local hospitals, physician offices, and community organizations.

You will coordinate patient admissions, promote services, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions for new residents. This role demands strong relationship-building, excellent communication, and a drive to achieve measurable outreach results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare marketing, hospital liaison, or sales within a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals, rehab centers, and physician offices.
• Coordinate patient admissions and communicate effectively with clinical teams and families.
• Promote The Phoenix’s services to potential referral sources and the community.
• Track and report marketing activities, referrals, and outcomes.
• Attend community and hospital events to increase awareness of the facility.
• Collaborate with the admissions and clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions for new residents.
