Job summary

Four Pillars Hospice in Conroe, Texas, is seeking a Community Liaison / Hospice Marketer who thrives in the field to build trust with physicians, hospitals, and community partners. You will educate on hospice eligibility, represent the organization with integrity, and identify new opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships.

• Identify new opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships.
• Collaborate daily with our clinical and operational leaders to ensure every promise made can be delivered.
