Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Miami is hiring for a Market Table Attendant / Kitchen Prep to support our salad bar, side dishes and desserts with precision and speed.

You will help manage inventory, ensure fresh quality, follow recipes, and keep all kitchen areas clean. The role is full-time, hourly, with benefits starting after 60 days, including health, life and voluntary plans.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and proper food presentation.
• Capable of following recipes and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards including proper management of inventory levels including the storage area.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas. Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
