Qualifications

• Customer service experience is essential for guest interactions.
• Proven leadership abilities to supervise Market Associates.
• Experience with inventory and stock management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the market.
• Take inventory of merchandise including retail, food, beverages, beer and wine.
• Place orders to keep stock well supplied.
• Conduct monthly inventory reviews.
• Train and supervise Market Associates to uphold standards.
• Support and guide team to maintain a welcoming market.
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
