Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager for our store at Market Street in The Woodlands, TX.

Collaborate with Store Leaders to recruit, hire, and train a team of enthusiastic associates dedicated to helping our customers live their passion. This position reports to the Regional Director.

How you’ll play to Win

  1. Embody our culture and values through self-accountability, acting as a role model internally and externally.
  2. Recruit, hire, and train store Associates and Supervisors to actively engage customers in meaningful ways.
  3. Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  4. Direct daily activities of Store Supervisors and Associates aligned with company and store goals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Fulfillment to meet needs and requests.
  6. Ensure operational efficiency by managing tasks related to Payroll, Inventory Management, and paperwork.
  7. Develop and maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping experience.
  8. Provide and receive feedback at all organizational levels to improve the business.

What you bring to the team

  1. At least 2 years of management experience in retail.
  2. Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, etc.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with Customers, Employees, and Business Partners.
  4. Ability to set and achieve personal and professional goals with large teams.
  5. Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Analytical skills and proficiency in building spreadsheet models.
  7. Comfort with ambiguity and initiative-taking.
  8. Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, and retail inventory and POS systems.
  9. Self-motivated, effective communicator, and team builder.
  10. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  11. Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, and stand for extended periods; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing.
  12. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Availability

  • Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
