Responsibilities

• Lead the Market’s integrated risk and service organization; set priorities and deliver consistent outcomes across the Market.
• Directly lead and develop a team of Risk Officers, Business Service Officers, and Service Managers; reinforce accountability and performance.
• Drive a client-first culture and guardianship; ensure audit-ready practices and governance.
• Oversee supervisory and risk routines; escalate issues and manage budgets within the Market.
• Partner with Market leadership to align priorities and improve employee experience.
